Last Sunday I set up a mini photo studio in the Amalgamated’s ninth building club room. At the same time the Nursery School was setting up and running a Bazaar along Gale Place, which was closed, to cars. The Bazaar has been held for years – I don’t know exactly how many, but it has been taking place since before my kids were at the nursery and my son is now 26. The shoot was difficult because the computer imaging program kept crashing and my concentration was taxed by the loud music but the DJ refused to lower the volume. So I didn't take as many images as I hoped for Despite everything, everyone seemed very happy wih their 4x6 prints.

So where do we go from here? I'll be taking photos of the Board of Directors and possibly AH Consumers and Park Reservoir. I would like to do it all on one night but they asked me to come on 3 different nights. I want to set up
a weekend to photograph the members of the various clubs and next weekend we will set up at the community art show and photograph there. I hope to photograph the long time cooperators, especially the original cooperators
and the Holocaust survivors. Hopefully on a weekend when the security car can bring them to either the Vladeck or the 9th building club room.

The video interviews are being handled by Gary Axelbank while Aaron Olshan and I are doing some B roll filming and interviewing.Gary did interviews at the Nursery Bazaar and he is going to do more this Friday.
